When a customer places an order on your online shop, you will receive a new order notification via email, web push notification (browser) and app notifications (if you are using our mobile applications). All new orders will be marked as Pending. Your customer will also receive an email notification about the order he or she has just placed.
If you choose to accept the order, you will need to confirm the order by marking it as Confirmed. Your customer then receive an email confirmation.
Once the order has been fulfilled (i.e. Customer picks up the order or you have delivered the order), you can mark the order as Fulfilled
In general, the order status is as follows: Pending > Confirmed > Fulfilled
To process your orders:
Head to the "Pending" orders page
Click on the order and click on the "Confirm Order" button
The order is now confirmed and an email notification will be sent to your customer
The order will now be the "Confirmed" orders page
To fulfill the order, navigate to the "Confirmed" orders page
Click on the order again and click "Fulfill Order"
The order is now fulfilled and an email notification will be sent to your customer
In the event where you are unable to fulfill your customers' orders, you can choose to void them. Although a cancellation email will be sent out to customers, it is recommended that you call the customers to explain the reason behind voiding their orders.
To void an order:
Head to the "General" orders page and look for the relevant order
Click on the order and click on the "Void Order" button
The order is now void and an email notification will be sent to your customer
